SHIPPING COST & DELIVERY TIME

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders within the U.S.

*We DO NOT cover tax costs on all orders!  Customers are responsible for taxes and will automatically be charged a sales tax of 7% at checkout.

Once you’ve placed your order, we will process it within 1 business day. Shipping usually takes between 2-3 business days (Excluding holidays and weekends). If an order is made on Friday, it will be shipped on Monday. If an order is made before a Holiday, it will be fulfilled on the first business day after the Holiday.

Please note; that we are not able to change a delivery address once the order has been processed.

After your order is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email, followed by a shipping notification email. All orders purchased on our website will include a tracking number. We will email you a tracking number after your order is processed and dispatched.

A signature may be required upon delivery. If you are not home when your parcel is delivered, a note will be left explaining where and how to collect your order.

If your package is damaged during shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your your package at hello@baianabeachwear.com. Please include photos.
